Crisp Roast Spuds.

Ingredients: 

potatoes 

Salt

Olive oil

Method: 

1.boil a pot of hot water. peel potatoes. Half or quarter any of the larger ones.

2. Place potatoes in hot water and parboil for 15minutes. Drain. 

3. Place potatoes back into the pot and shake to fluff up potatoes.

4. Put the potatoes in a baking tray with a decent coat of oil and salt.

5.bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
