- 1 slice ciabatta bread
- 1 avocado
- a handful of grape tomatoes (approx 8)
- salt and pepper
- Put bread in toaster, and toast to your preferred crispiness
- In a small bowl, smash the avocado, making it a spreadable consistency.
- Slice tomatoes.
- Once the toast is cooked, thickly smear avocado onto the bread, topping with slices of tomato. Season with salt and pepper (I used my special olive salt).
