On Toast – spinach, egg and ham.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice ciabatta bread
  • 50gm baby spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 slices ham

Tools:

  • Fry pan
  • Stovetop

Method:

  1. Put bread in toaster, and toast to your preferred crispiness
  2. In a small bowl, mix spinach and garlic together.
  3. Over a medium heat, cook the egg on one side of the pan, and wilt the spinach on the other side.
  4. Once the toast is cooked, serve with cooked egg and spinach alongside the slices of ham.
