- 1 egg
- 1 slice ciabatta bread
- 50gm baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 slices ham
- Fry pan
- Put bread in toaster, and toast to your preferred crispiness
- In a small bowl, mix spinach and garlic together.
- Over a medium heat, cook the egg on one side of the pan, and wilt the spinach on the other side.
- Once the toast is cooked, serve with cooked egg and spinach alongside the slices of ham.
