This salad reminds me of being a teenager. My sister coming home from soccer, ready for the Sunday lunch, in her Tricolore uniform speckled in dirt and grass.
Sunday lunch was never a big affair. Usually a simple pasta dish, bruschetta, or salad and meat.

- 1 bunch of basil
- 200gm of fetta
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Chopping board
- Dice the tomato and fetta into 1cm to 2cm cubes. Place into a large mixing bowl.
- Roughly chop and tear the basil leaves, adding to the bowl.
- Give a good crank of the salt and pepper mill, seasoning to preference.
- Lovingly coat with olive oil, and mix all ingredients together.
